Gary Bagley has spent over 25 years in non-profit leadership roles and has coached dozens of nonprofit executive leaders. Most recently he has served 13 years as the Executive Director of New York Cares, the largest organization devoted to driving community impact through volunteer-led programs.

In addition, Gary has taught management of nonprofit organizations for the past nine years at Columbia University and Baruch College.
